A rabbity meal: Turnips and Dandelion greens

This was my first time cooking Dandelion - something I've wanted to try for years.  My boyfriend wanted me to look up how to cook it but I had a feeling it would be similar to cooking leafy greens like kale; just a quick stir fry ... and it was!

So good.  I added a splash of apple cider vinegar as an afterthought and it turned it from just another healthy meal to OMGTHATWASAMAZING.
I also used a little bit of celery salt but couldn't really taste it.

Ingredients:
Dandelion Greens
Turnips
Garlic
Apple cider vinegar
Salt/Pepper
Oil

I will definitely be making this more in the coming warmer months!  (My boyfriend is trying to lose weight for the summer.  I, on the other hand, have my dad's genes so that is one thing I don't need to worry about!  Before you get too jealous you should know that I am skinnyfat.)

Edit:  Um.  So I don't think those were actually Dandelion Greens because I bought it again at a later date, and they looked and tasted COMPLETELY different.  Bitter, bleh.  So I think the first time, I actually took whatever veggie was next to them by mistake.  Haha!
