I took the day off today.  So glad I did.  September is the month when everything changes.  I saw that in a children's book and thought it was a nice phrase.  I was born in September.  So, there were a lot of complaints about this outfit.  My sister didn't like my choice of shoes and my boyfriend didn't like the necklace.  I found out that dark eye shadow actually looks REALLY good on my sister.  I didn't think it would because dark eye shadow (black, dark grey, browns) look awful on me.  I'm more of a lip color person because I have very full well defined, fleshy lips.  I have to wear very light eye shadows like white or light silver or pastels or else I just look way too heavily made up and weird and yeah emphasis on the heavy.  It's just bad.  Like an aged stripper.

On my lips I am wearing Sephora's 'forever fuschia' cream lip stain.  Its my favorite shade.  I got the lighter one called 'cute pink' ... and it makes me feel like malibu barbie when I wear it. (this is a bad thing) However, I will keep it because it is a good blending color.  Dabbing a little bit on top of 'forever fuschia' makes it just a tad lighter and more shimmery.

oh - My sister liked the presents I got her.  Yesterday was her b-day.  She is 21 now.  I got her a Tokidoki eyeshadow kit, 2 sephora brand nail polishes and a message doll.  My boyfriend got her an old sponge and a tissue box of rocks (my idea).  I will photograph them later along with the bathrobe.
