Okay so look at these adorable things I got in Beijing (a UNadorable city might I add!)
Tin wind up birds. When you wind them up they make cute pecking motions.
4 wind up tin robots. Love these soooo much. Want more. =B
cute waxed cardboard coin collector. So cute.
more of the space theme. I love that little rocket and the tiny Saturn.
The biggest one; still small tho. On the back, "Robot Lilliput"! <3
I really like those simple commands. A = Go and B = Stop.
The little vegetables and herbs I planted are all doing really good. Especially this herb that's new to me called Lemon balm or Melissa Officinalis. It seems to be good for everything! But then it seems like all herbs have these amazing functions. This one is supposed to the the calming herb. A member of the mint family (which I am also growing yum). Used to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, helps with indigestion. It tastes and smells SO good and the leaves are so tender. I sound like a goat. In a study, it was found that over a period of 7 days and with 18 volunteers; the people who got a dose of 600 mg of Lemon Balm showed increased calmness and alertness and "increased mood" whatever that means. I'm assuming they were in a better mood. Herbs - eat them, grow them, they are cool.
I want more tin robots!!! If you were bored enough, you could actually probably find each of the four in the photo from yesterday's post. =D Go ahead, I see 3 already. It's like Where's Waldo.
